At P/B 0,015 they are at the end of the road with numbers game. Can't get better than that. 
And they need to put EPS down a little from the days it was current market value per Q (where is that money btw? =D ) because they never have money for shareholders.
However this typhoon is a lucky strike for them because it can be used as an excuse. Because as usual with next Q results they once again, as always, will not have money for the shareholders or for themselves. And dilution continues.
