I've read the report and obviously you haven't. The hottest that any steel beam got that they measured was 480F. That's it. That might cook a nice steak for 10 minutes. Of course they only measured 1% of the steel so all the other beams could have been heated more.
But I'm trying to figure out how molten steel poured out of the building as well as firefighters finding it on the ground days after. Jet fuel does not melt steel ever nor does office furniture especially when the beams were fireproofed.
