On Tuesday, the Canadian Court will EITHER accept OR reject the (still unknown details) of the agreement mediated by PWC to buyout BioAmber's assets, now presumed to be partitioned into three parcels: BioAmber Sarnia (the Sarnia Facility); BioAmber Canada, Inc. (Canadian assets not part of Sarnia); and BioAmber, Inc., U.S. assets, including as presently understood, BioAmber's intellectual property, viz., it's patents.
The Court could also grant an extension, requested by the petitioners, until Oct. 26, a day that is expected to be the last day ARs will accrue to BioAmber's accounts AND/OR for time to work out the details of the transfer of assets.
