That argument makes no sense because they still have billions of shares to sell if they wanted to. And the price has been climbing. Why would they do something to negatively effect PPS and at the same time cut the number of shares they can sell (and yes all shares are included in this split), and also reduce the value of their personally owned shares. If they are scammers, they are not very good at it IMO.
