FRFS cant even keep the OTC up to date with whats going on. If its wasn't for SEC filings about historical financials for over 2 years ago and a verified T.A. there wouldn't be any info at all. There is no proof available that GIFA has been in contact with FINRA at all.
Its no wonder the OTC has designated FRFS CAVEAT EMPTOR, DARK DEFUNCT and PROHIBITED SERVICE PROVIDER.

What a knee slapper this company is! GIFA is a major FUBAR.
