VMGI...Someone posted a link here in the last 6 weeks showing the number of shares and % of total for both William and Nick...along with the conversion ratio of 1500 common for each preferred share. I don't remember the heading, but it was signed at the bottom. I wish they would speak up unless it was just someone passing along information for us...but I know what is saw but failed to 'save' it...expecting everyone saw it and would comment. No one did so I think it got deleted after I saw it. William is very much in...ask Nick and tell him you are 'recording conversation for clarity'.
