Do you think it's likely that two years later they have changed their ways and are shooting with straight arrows? It's my opinion that may not be the case.

Yeah, Ibeto Cement is real; Cletus Ibeto is real. I don't question that, they are legit - and Cletus Ibeto is very ambitious in his own regard - I do not believe that he would have participated in a scam knowingly, he really seems like he's a generous and good person. But imo both Cletus and the stockholders are getting ran for their money here.
