Any concerns that marijuana legalization could impact PCHM business and drug testing business in general is warranted, however, it does not appear that mj is what the patch is used for.
While the company never specifically breaks down how many patches are used for cocaine, or heroin, or meth, or amphetimines, etc, if you look at all the court cases on the company website, you will see that every case has involved a drug other than marijuana. Cocaine and Meth are the two most tested drugs if the court cases accurately reflect their business.
The only times there was a mj test was when there was another drug as well.
Additionally, alcohol, which is legal, is being tested in 24.7 programs.
And we can see more arrests on the road when a marijuana breathalyzer becomes a reality, thus leading to more patch testing.
