If I understand Chapter 15 for this particular case, the U.S. Court would simply ratify the decision of the Canadian Court, as long as the procedures of the CCAA were appropriately followed.
If this is not the case, what would be a reason why a U.S. Court would intervene via a Chapter 15 motion to overturn a CCAA decision or seek modifications?
