Sonny,
I`ve been real busy at work finishing off a large contract, so not really had too much time spare e.t.c. but not heard feedback yet, albeit I expect the news is out there leaking and I`ve been spending time looking into two other stocks.

Maybe Walrus has heard, but I`ve not spoken to my broker, but I`m still going with the original I heard, i.e. mid November for news, which is about right. Whether they announce the substation news first and leave the other heads of dept to figure out how they will use the tech in other parts of GE, I don`t know, but that would be logical.

I also expect that the legals will take a while to sort, especially if it is a two way win/win situation for both companies, i.e. GE helping with the inventory, hence speeds the process up for both companies.

If I recall, I think the first 10,000 chips in inventory are going for the airports and not EDS as EDS are too slow and the airport contracts need them much quicker as started already. Then logically thinking about it, as I`m in logical mode today, if GE have 240,000 substations in the US and worldwide, they`ve got to get their bums into gear, because if the current 10,000 chips are for the airports and that`s the inventory cleaned out, GE are not going to sit back and wait, nor be happy if there are none for GE, so I understand the reasoning for GE to help with the inventory. What I haven`t been able to find out, is if GE are also making excess chips for the Navy, for EDS e.t.c.

All have a good weekend,

Christine x
