You say we need the truth to come out fast. This is the Federal Government OPKO is dealing with and they work at their own pace. If they realize they are wrong, the investigation slows to a snails pace and will put off any formal admission they are wrong for a long long time, if ever. I have had this experience with another stock I owned and it took years for the government finally formally drop the charges while the cloud of guilt hung over the company for years. I do not expect anything different from the SEC in this case as there is no incentive (or legal requirement) for them to act expeditiously. This is why I got out of OPKO as soon as possible having seen this happen before and do not believe the "attitude" of the government has changed.

In 10 yrs the shareprice fell from ~$99(after split) to now $0.0001 (1 milray) & the same jokers are still in place & not reporting ERHC's finances. How do PN & SO justify being there while bringing ERHC to its knees. A funeral is soon,see ya there
