Northern Sun exploration , NSE @ .40
This one is starting to look seriously oversold,
I suppose it is the negative sentiment towards
NAT GAS stocks of late and particularly the trusts
and juniors.
But if there is one stock with a longshot of hitting
a huge Home Run it is NSE .
To start lets review some facts from the company's website.
Shares Issued: 61,518,974
Fully Diluted: 69,315,390
Insiders Hold: 14% of the Company
Institutional Hold: 44% of the Company
Debt: Nil
Private Placements:
July 2006 - $4.3 Million at $0.50 / $0.55
December 2005 - $6.1 Million at $0.65
December 2004 - $6.65 Million at $0.50 / $0.55
August 2004 - $3.1 Million at $0.30 / $0.35
Year-End: October 31
Now between Institutions and insiders 56% of
the O/S shares are tied up- and none of those
have been selling.
So who is selling??-
Not many as I viewed the past few months trading ,
most of the selling was done by Peters and ANON
( who knows who they are).
Between them they have sold a net 413,000 shares
of NSE in @ months.
Outside of those two barely any selling ,
so one has to wonder how many shares are left
out there for sale .
Now institutions are generally a fairly patient
bunch if they can see some big potential down
the line.
I believe this is the case with NSE.
Although they have been developing and producing oil
and gas, the real big payoff will be when and if
they secure a deal with the natives and
the govt in the NWT.
Northern Sun's partnership with the Ka'a'gee Tu will
allow the company access to the Ka'a'gee Tu
traditional lands -
upon rights issuance -
about 52 million acres by my math.
This is some of the most potentially rich oil
and gas property anywhere in North America,
and it is taking a while to iron out a deal.
But if you like the chance at a 20 bagger ,
then bet on the deal going through and exercise
some patience- it might just pay off big.
