1. this scam shell owns no tangible assets
2. this scam shell "owns" CJV assets which are without voting power, equity, or legal rights of possession.
3. this scam shell has a non-equity non-voting minority interest in anything else. no rights at all.
4. this scam shell has no "look through" audit guaranteeing these shirt-tail nonvoting CJV subsidiary assets are legitimate
5. this scam shell has an auditor who only "audits" the "scam otc shell" for GAAP compliance in how they are reporting their own numbers vs said CJV home-equity non-voting subs.

this means they represent to their auditor, their auditor gives an opinion based on the crap the career criminal "CEO" gives to them, and obviously doesnt subaudit all of these chinese shirt-tail "businesses" so what it this?

a promotional scam..... through and through.
