It still all hinges on financing. RS or what ever. Many people here, including my self, own millions of shares in a venture oil refining company that does not have financing finalized yet? Anyone here own tens of thousands of shares in a fully operational oil refining company? Which is better? Get my point? Financing, financing, financing.
