No! Ha. I figured one of you would ask me that.

The neighbor is a retired medical doctor who was in a car wreck that apparently left him a little wacky in the brain. Rand likes to do his own yard work. I see him all the time in cut off shorts and a raggedy t-shirt, just like all the rest of us working stiffs. He's a great person. He had piled some small limbs right on the edge of their property. I saw it. Was no big deal, but this doctor made it one.

They are involved in another court case now. The doctor has been leering at Rand's wife, staring at her when they are out in the yard. They've asked for a restraining order on him. Looks like it will happen this week. This whole mess is really about nothing, except Rand is a Republican and the doctor is an ardent Democrat.
