It's a good read. Notice that he speaks of the optimal diet as being essentially a plant-based one. He mentions fish but that's probably b/c of Omega 3s. But vegans get all the Omega 3s they need from eating 2 walnuts or some flaxseeds every day. (I always have a few inexpensive bags of walnuts from TraderJoes in my fridge for those Omega 3s!)
