Honestly I believe POTN financials are correct. The problem is the price they paid to get them. They had to borrow money to sustain growth through convertible debt . So they do $25,000 ,000 in sales but is it sustainable and when preferred shares convert to common your looking at approximately 900 million shares out there. The company I follow has 8 million shares in float but only 1 million in sales. Potential revenue increase from 2 cbd drugs and a medical device. The company filed there form 10 got approved and just uplisted to OTCQB. It’s a double by Christmas. ETST
