Another reverse split? Wow. You gotta be kidding. I wonder what PT Barnum's strategy for meeting NASDAQ market cap minimum consists of. Another trumped-up merger/acquisition, perhaps?

This would suggest to me that they've given up on selling Overland/Tandberg, and PT's up to his old tricks, going back to what he knows. I'd expect big-time dilution to fund the ongoing operational losses. There's a sucker born every minute, but I don't think even his twofer warrant deals will sell at this point. Also, it wouldn't surprise me if the 1:10 reverse is enough to keep the price above a buck. Remember how they had to jack it at the last minute the last time they pulled this?
