It's not feasible for me to answer 54 private messages....



Somebody was nice enough yesterday to post the email that was sent to Jack as I was out of posts...

Needless to say the timing of this RS was unexpected... We were all expecting the financing news and we got hit with that instead.


The timing couldn't have come at a worse time for shareholders that have been here as long as I have.

I believe that this RS has something to do with the financing I think it was part of the arrangement to get financing but at this point .... THE TIMING COULDN'T HAVE BEEN ANY WORSE FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS THAT HAVE BEEN HANGING IN HERE.

THIS IS THE OTC AND EVERYBODY HAS TO MAKE THEIR OWN DECISIONS....

NO WAY IN HELL IS THIS A SCAM AGAIN IN MY OPINION IT ALL HAS TO DO WITH THE FINANCING GETTING SECURED..

THAT BEING SAID... THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL THAT I'M SELLING A SINGLE SHARE. I AM IN A DIFFERENT SITUATION THAN MOST HERE AS I WAS IN THE FIRST RUN A YEAR AGO AND MY SHARES ARE ALL FREE RIDING...

AS I STATED IN MY POST YESTERDAY MY SUGGESTION IS TO SEND AS MANY EMAILS TO JACK & COMPANY LETTING THEM KNOW THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED WAS NOT TO THE BENEFIT OF THE SHAREHOLDERS ...LET ME ADD THIS SHORT-TERM.. LONGER-TERM IT MAY BE A WHOLE DIFFERENT BALLGAME.

NOT MUCH TO SAY EXCEPT IF YOU DECIDE TO SELL GOOD LUCK AND IF YOU DECIDE TO HANG IN GOOD LUCK AS WELL.
