Was doing some digging and here’s how it looks to me.

HempWerk- Private company, CEO James Black. They seem to be slowly chugging along to get the place going. They’re pretty quiet on social media, seems fishy they’ve been so quiet!?! I don’t see any cross posting between HMPQ and HempWerk?

HempAmericanna- Publicly traded company, CEO Salvadore Rosillo. Has hilariously erroneous fact full interviews regularly. So where does an 81 year old artist get these facts to tell the public?

According to the OTC, it’s a company called Seaside Advisors! Owned by Lawrence Adams. He gets paid $500,000 a year to be in charge of news releases and according to his contract, also in charge of equipment and other business details.
