That article must’ve been written by a Bear. It makes no mention that BioAmber had the Chapter 11 case in the US dismissed, And that they seemed CCAA protection in Canada, not bankruptcy. Also, it made a point to restate the standard boilerplate statement about there could be no guarantee that Commons would wish receive anything.

But we all know differently, don’t we?
