Read audited reports. All info you need.

You can also read here, but you have to select what is true attempts to explain what is happening and what is only groundless screaming. Sometimes in red, sometimes in capital letters.

SIAF have been doing very bad. Lots of bad decisions from management.

Looking forward I guess and think that it can be a good investment. They make money, every quarter.
They have a lot of assets.

They will pay out the cash dividends and distribute the TRW-shares.
