I just don't think the market will respond to this until a buyback happens.( Broken record) I personally feel they will do this just bfore Christmas .I really feel at this point they are either leveraging their equity in iqst to borrow funds to acquire herb property or acquire an existing op.or maybe something were not expecting.lets look at 3rd quarter financials and take it from there.i think it's gonna dip again and give us longs a chance to average down again. good luck to everybody and go ggg....
