Unfortunately, it looks like we may not know until at a later day. According to the Motion for the issuance of an Approval and Vesting Order today, PWC will be recommending to the court within their 6th monitor report (to be publish next Tuesday evening (9/18) in most likelihood), to have the purchase price remain confidential until after the transaction has been closed. I doubt the court will rule against this.
