It was over 20 cents less than a year ago.....

What happened?

I imagine lots and lots of note conversions... which means far more shares out. If the terms were toxic, even worse. There's reasons why toxic funding is ofthen called death spiral financing. Few companies can recover.

Maybe these guys will break the mold...?
