I don't know why there would be any questions concerning what was filed on 9/02 in this case which was Doc # 228.

The following Doc # 229 with the same exact case number is the document stating that the " case is closed " . Both document numbers pertain to the same case number so the information that was in Doc # 228 had no effect in the closing of the case . It is not as if Doc # 228 is part of a separate case that is still unresolved .

As far as the " Caveat Emptor " I totally agree , that has to be the first thing to go along with some sort of announcement from whoever now owns this shell or company that ASFX is no longer involved in a bankruptcy case. That being said and back to my original comment , I still expected to see more interest in this stock once the case was closed even before the things I just mentioned took place but unfortunately that doesn't appear to be the case .
