If the cells are rinsed very well and they are alive then they are just that cells. They can change the enzyme if that is the objection. I have a degree in Biology and worked in a micro lab for 2 years. Never worked with stem cells but you fellas can not just go around calling a person personalized tissue sample a drug. Call me stupid if you like but I passed Cell physiology only 19 out of 350 students passed. You case is based on classifying something incorrectly. A case based on this should fail. I think a compromise will be met. USRM will agree not to treat people with the eye problem in the future. Maybe they will change the procedure but in the end they will still be open.
