No problem... DPLS/BVTK aren't functioning businesses. Stuffed shirts blowing smoke.

O'Leary posted that on September 10th - special delivery to Russia has arrived - there might be a big problem with the post.

"The impact of the initial CBW Act sanctions (which will be imposed on or around August 22, 2018) on US and non-US companies doing business in or with Russia may be limited given existing US export controls."

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
