All faith lost in TVOG, here is why:
Past several years they talked about various business ventures from restaurants, hemp, bitumen and now asphalt. None ever panned out so it’s still a shell.
They have issued many tens of millions of shares over the years and again, never got anything out of it.

Now they talk about this asphalt acquisition. The target company is unknown, however the listing for the company was located based on exact dollar amount for an asphalt company based on 2016,2017 etc revenue and planned contracts. Now while it sounds good, if you call the listing agent for the Asphault company it is still for sale and they are open and interested in prospective buyers from what I was told today. Sounds like no deal to me. If there was a deal it would not still be for sale. What another failure from Helm.
