Can you provide any commentary on the merger/subsidiary and why nothing was officially been announced after September 1st passed?
September 1st was a target date, not a drop dead date. The consultants in Israel are still working on optimizing what the new governence will look like. We have tried to be transparent, this is foreign ownership, combined with Cannabis and the Pink Sheets. The conference in Israel, the CannX.org is coming up on October 14th, so we are looking to understand before then.
Why no new Transfer Agent or attorney signed off on the Financials yet?
There was a contractual issue with Island that requires that they remain our transfer agent through the end of the year.
The sign off on the financials will be part of finalizing the BOD.
Any updates on CANN10 NA revenues booked vs what's been projected for the year?
The original projections we're related to a conference that was intially planned for January 19th 2019. This was cancelled due to a flooded market for shows.
We have accelerated the schedule for the sale of techologies in the Medical Cannabis space and the revenue will catch up soon.
When is the Up listing to the CSE?
This is a 12 month process minimum after becoming SEC reporting. We started keeping audited books in July 1st.
What are the next steps with AMS after the announcement of the cancellation of the AMS Farms project?
Joe from AMS is still on our advisory board and assists in evaluating opportunities in Canada, of which there are many.
Anything beyond a forward-looking 'about us' statement you'd normally find on a company's home page?
