Health Canada License???

Anyone have any info on the status of the HC license application for the Owen Sound facility in Canada, owned by MPX? They had their final inspection by HC on 1/31/18, so we're going on 8 months for the delay.

What could be holding things up, since it's largely just paperwork at this point? Is HC really that incompetent?
