Current tangible PIOE assets are $.154 (rounded) per share.

This is based on the Q2 numbers for total stockholders equity divided by total outstanding shares.

Yet the market is currently valuing PIOE some where between $1.10 to $1.20. This suggests to me that either the market is out of whack or there is "something" else that the market is considering in its valuation of PIOE that we are either unaware of or are giving insufficient weight to.

I choose to believe the latter option.

I obviously don't believe the share price of PIOE will fall to $.154 or anywhere near that. If that were the case, I would have sold all my PIOE shares a long time ago. On the other hand, I do not understand completely why the market is "rewarding" PIOE's share price as it is currently. Hence there is a constant tension here for me between "belief in the future" of PIOE and fear of its current financial circumstances. I believe others on the board may also share this tension between hope for the future and apprehension of the present.

Sorry that I can't resolve this dilemma either for myself or for others. The best I can do is say that I am living this dilemma day by day until "something" occurs that might tip me over one way or the other. Such are the vagaries of the market.
