I don’t believe RXI is a scam. But I am aggravated at how Geert is being rewarded for his poor business decisions. The purchase of the oncology side was a huge error. RXI was cash strapped already. The move said that Geert was not as confident in existing dermal/optical as he publicly touted those trials. The company had the chance to be more than a hundred million dollar valuation. Instead, focus was spread too thin and the company spun their wheels.

Now, Geert will probably make a desperate deal that is pennies on the dollar from what it potentially could be.

My sense is he was merely bridging his time to retirement. Us shareholders are paying for it.
