I'm more concerned about the circus wherein that clown resides. Forget about the impact to VPLM and the blatant display of favoritism that BS delay has had on us and think about the impact to the US on a larger scale with regard to investment in R&D.

It's very concerning to think that puppet shows like the PTAB are completely unaccountable and answer to nobody for corrupt illegal behavior. But then again, I guess it's not illegal if there are no laws to control them.
