To correct you,once again you heard the value of the first contract from the CEO in 2015, it was for 160 mil with Dalsem.Your just reading up on Dalsem are you kidding me this is what green fever does.Those videos are from 2015,first thing I did was google them up,I have no doubt in their abilities.What you have is an update an ajustment from the original 160 mil,an additional 40 million isn't anything to jump out a window over but it ain't nothing to jump up and down about either.This project had a start/finish date long ago Dalsem had to have been contracted then.They've been a part of this from the start as Stockwell expressed in the videos,but if the costs increasing by 40mil comforts you so be it.From an investment standpoint id rather not heard the costs increased 40mil, whatever does little to affect the play.

This from an article 2+ years ago;
He said the EB-5 investors have not yet received their visas.He said his company is in the process of filing for a special status from the federal agency that will allow the EB-5 applications to be processed more quickly.

I can care less about the contract to build untill we know the money from these investors is secured.
once we know that then we know that the run down greenhouse's in Grants will be renovated as the eb-5 green card program requirements are 10 employees over a period of two years in an economically depressed area.

Since we haven't heard that the eb-5 investors are all cleared (please correct me here if you can anywhere,show me that the cash is clear and they got their visa's)that's my bet as to the whole hang up.
The program has been riddled with fraud for years,you can bet a fine tooth comb is being used,the eb-5 program is also set to expire the end of September I believe,though will likely be renewed,but if the filings aren't out before the expiration where does that leave us?
Great article in Forbes aug20 Russell flannery about the eb-5 fraud issues and coming changes to the program
