The IP that they had interest in was transferred to Oncologie Inc, a new start up that appears to be well financed and has srawn top talent with PS knowledge. They paid the 8 MIllion, I DO expect additional milestone payments unless Bavi and PS fail.
Weather they fail or not we have entered into agreements to supply Bavi at full margin for the trials. We will cash in on the trials with sales, cash in with the milestones and if by some chance Bavi/ Ps ever get a marketable drug we will receive royalties in the teens and sales of Bavi into the commercial market VIA Oncolgie.

A win /win with everyone aligned to profit.
