Medical Cannabis Research Act of 2018.

It forces the Gov to provide licenses for growers who grow for only Med research. Also it was only for the judicial committee. Meaning they think it is OK to move forward.We still need congress to approve it. It really has no effect on USMJ. USMJ is recreational, this is only for medical research.
