Vitessentials has been up and running for years and by all accounts it's holding it's own in the health industry when there are hundreds of others, not exceptional but from what can garnered, a decent living.
Simplified Supplements, they packaging entity which is housed in the same building has also been around for a few years and for the approximately the same time period they both have shared the same building. My guess is nothing more then a mutually beneficial situation in which Vitessentials has formulas for vitamin products and SS does the packaging. Since Vitessentials doesn't have a employee group to consider, the sharing of space makes sense. The relationship keeps cost down and margins higher.
So you have to ask yourself, why 2 years ago does one take over a shell?
Why after taking possession of the shell do you take 2 plus years to get anything done with it? What is the goal?
Pure speculation:
1) 2 years ago the MJ sector was still a budding market, so maybe Bishop has been waiting it out and trying to figure out how he can fit in.
2) Maybe at the time Bishop just wanted to have a bigger piece of the vitamin market and the possibility to grow further with proceeds gained by the sale of stock from a shell.
3) Possibly a merge with Vitessentials and NNRX was always a part of the conversation but never was priority.
4) Possible all 3 could merge into a one stop conglomerate to include packaging of a new line of products based on CBD formulas, thus entering the MJ market. Then the shell makes sense as any news regarding this move would certainly gain respect and market interest allowing Bishop to gain capitol to grow, create relationships with suppliers (buying product) that would allow for extraction of oils and supplement formulas to be packaged. There is no market as I see it to try and package other companies products, if there is, it's small as most are doing their own packaging due to controls and legal aspects of the industry.
The whole problem with any of this is, there seems to be no sense of urgency while others are capitalizing and making a name for themselves.
NNRX will only find it harder to break into the market and sustain.
So the real questions moving forward are:
1) What is the future plan?
2) How will the separate entities unfold?
3) Is there a plan to get into the MJ market?
To me the smart move is the MJ market. Bishop and Vitessentials has the ground work in place. It's not that big a stretch. The main thing is to recognize and seize the opportunity before it passes you by. Sure it can happen in another year or two down the road but by then the hype surrounding this market will have leveled, now is the time for the greatest reward.
So, all that being said; it's upto Bishop to get off his ass and make things happen or not.
