Sorry but there is so much misinformation on this board that I feel like I need to clarify:
Fact - a large potion of the latest filing recaps the history of the events for BIOA.
Fact - the initial SISP was unsuccessful
Fact - the secured creditors did not want to wait any longer for a successful SISP so they forced the monitor to apply for a discounted sales approach aka liquidation
Fact - finding a buyer during this second sales phase (liquidation) was successful
Fact - first round of bids during this second phase were not enough to satisfy creditors thus forcing the company to ask the bidders to up their bid, which they did
Fact - we don’t know what the subsequent bid is, and no where in the document does it say that the subsequent bid is not enough to cover the creditors else why would the creditors approve the sale???
Fact - we also don’t know whether commons will get anything but we do know some of the proceeds are going to Bio Amber Inc which I believe are the shareholders...imo
