Maybe it's the intent of the CEO to dilute the heck out of the stock which is why he recently put a gag order on the TA so shareholders wouldn't know. The ONLY reason to gag the TA is to hide something. Otherwise the CEO wouldn't care if the shareholders know what the share structure is. A shareholders SHOULD know what the share structure is and it's one of the things to look at when buying a stock.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
