It looks like they file 10Qs every September. Well it’s September soook out for 2017s filings. Plus there might be a 8K nearly at hand. For being a voluntary filer PKGM is consistent. Not shire wat this 2015 - 2016 filing is all about. They already filed for those years. Maybe it is a Re-Filing to bring their book with in spec. They could have found errors that needed correcting as they were preparing the 2017 filings. Company I currently work with re-files up to 3 years back if settlements or a counter party completes a audit and discrepancies are found. Standard Procedure.
