@MedicanInc Can you clear up the legality of importing product from Jamaica. And also the legality of growing for profit in Michigan as a caregiver. And will it be legal in South Haven to grow?

As for the South Haven property, i can grow as a caregiver but restricted to five patients and 12 plants each which means 60 plants. We are also in discussions with other caregivers who want to grow.

they will get access to my expertise (i'll explain this next) but how much would i charge them for the land, water, security etc.? We are negotiating this.

as for my expertise, there are few people in the world that know as much about cannabis as I do which is the reason that we have acquired equity stakes in so many businesses with no capital upfront.

As for importing product from Jamaica, when it becomes fully legalized, we will explore those options. At present, our Jamaican partner has 12,5 acres so they only have enough to supply their domestic market.

Not sure, it is still being reviewed by their lawyers
