I wouldn't expect the 10-Q today (not a big deal at all)

They typically (over the last several quarters) have filed for an extension and then release it a few days later. This quarter was the last with Nestbuilder, so it's a little more complicated from a reporting perspective.

It also sounds like there could be some new information included in the filing that merits additional time to include in the release. Keep in mind, this filing would be particularly important to potential lenders, so getting it done right is of paramount importance.

I would expect the filing by middle of next week based on historical patterns.
