Interesting New Developments

Things have started to get pretty interesting the past few months. I've been following this company closely over the years, and they are tight lipped about their plans to come public through AVNI.

This cartoon popped up a few months ago. It seems to be seeking investors for CAIE, but no mention of going public. And a small hint of their plans to perhaps franchise their supply chain? I have no idea who "Jeff and Jackie" would be. The source at end doesn't take me anywhere or answer any questions. So I can only guess that this video is being linked to from a different source somewhere.

The company also changed its website this week. I hope it's a work in progress because it doesn't seem dramatic. They do have a new "dim sum outlet" they keep referring to lately. I'm not sure what that means, but I spoke to someone that took a tour of their commissary a week ago from today's posting. She told me that the lady there said they are going to have a "grand opening" in a few weeks. I asked what that meant, and she didn't know. She didn't understand. Just the fact that this lady took a tour is interesting in that they are giving public tours of their plant. She said I should go visit it. I found her by a simple post she made out there in social media, thanking somebody at the news station in my prior link for covering the story and that she took this tour on their recommendation.

But, things are moving. And its undeniable fact based on SEC filings that they are trying to come through this shell. I seem to be the only non-insider in the world aware of this. Except, perhaps, whoever it was than ran the stock up to over $2.00 a few weeks ago.

What would the capital structure here look like? That is the biggest wild card.
