Bruce sold half the company for $48.60 - although to be fair most of the equity he sold was in warrants that give the buyer an increase proportion of ANY UPSIDE we see in the next three years.....So let's just call it SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN $48.60......

$37.40 USD....

All it takes to capture a decent 10% spread or more was some basic common sense, a little math, some reading.....
