Peeps still claiming dilution when the SS was updated and then I provided a response here about the 38M share difference: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=143497124 notice, no response to that post! If a co. is diluting, it aint for 38M shares folks. They crush it. it's 50, 100, 200M+. 38M never even hit, but even if that were the case, that's not dilution at 001-0015. But again, never happened!!

What happened was, flippers inc. had a bad actor who set off the selling, and in stead of wising up and calling that out, because they don't know where to go next if they do, they jump on the company who did nothing except give them the opportunity in the first place. Let that sink in.

I see big things coming w/ HPIL, no need to go look for another HPIL that flippers inc. would drool over when i/we can relax and chill here and see what Nittin's updates bring.

Ppl assuming dilution are totally wrong, and then BASED on that assumption they're going after this CEO's character. I've done a lot of research on Amersey and I'm going to put together a post on what I've found. It's all really good! There was one Transfer Agent thing where SEC said the TA didn't supply correct paperwork, but in the release it actually says Amersey is totally innocent of any wrong doing. Flippers inc. isn't posting that part. They're also not posting stuff like this CEO was chairman of a $40 stock. This CEO sued an entire COUNTRY in the caribbean and WON the suit. The company he ran had over 2,000 employees and he won the suit when the Govt. tried to shut the co. down. Think about that, and look it up.
