I don't understand the strategy to buy a stock for 10 years, so there's nothing there for me to say. Usually I hold a stock for ten days, two weeks, but I've got stuck with this one since June. Hopefully something good is underway.

$PED had twice more debt and they got it done. If $CEI closes the deal within 3 weeks - you have a bunch of people who gonna be dancing the macarena, if you see what I mean.
