I'm really not a downer. I would really like to see this merger happen and sooner than later. However, i have very little confidence in ubid. over the years their management and owners have failed miserably on more than one occasions. This time around it seems to be the same nonsense going on. It has been long over a year now that they say they were revamping and up till now we still have nothing substantial. To me, this management team already failed coming out the blocks.

I had no luck with qmkr. I emailed them over couple weeks now and they didn't respond.
