[The Prophetic One]

Spoke to the CEO today on the phone. He is a very professional person and very straight forward. We spoke for about 15 minutes and he told me what he could WITHOUT giving away any insider info. I thought it was a very productive & informative conversation.

Highlights of the conversation are:

1. Pinksheets will be upgraded to CURRENT STATUS sometime in the near future.

2. They have exciting things to announce but he cannot tell me what they are or when that will occur. We will just have to wait and see. I expect we will see CURRENT status on Pinksheets prior to any BIG NEWS releases.

3. The goal with the REG-A is to issue restricted stock to Institutional Shareholders and to keep the OS low and manageable. Doesn't sound like they plan to issue many shares at all. As few as possible for sure.

SWHI - This is a good load n hold stock IMHO!
