Law,,,I think a big problem we might have here, is longs with unlocked
shares that the MMs can use for shorting and other algorithm tricks.
Many think they can just 'buy and wait' on the OTC, and that just aint so.
Ive learned that bigtime, more lately with CELZ in particular.
